A dream, cut to measure.
Khwaab began with a refusal — that a man in India should have to choose between a suit that fits and one that means something. We make both the same garment.
Koyal Desarda’s online tailoring house.
Koyal Desarda opened the atelier to make one thing properly: cloth from the world’s great mills, cut to a single man’s pattern, finished by hands that have done it ten thousand times.
Khwaab means dream. Every man carries a version of himself he hasn’t worn yet — the groom, the founder, the quiet authority in the room. We cut cloth until it fits him, and we treat every commission as one worth keeping.
Three fittings, never fewer.
A Khwaab garment is corrected on your body, not guessed from a chart. The road from cloth to wardrobe runs through three deliberate stops.
- 01 The Consultation We listen before we measure — the occasion, the life it belongs to, the cloth that suits both. Nothing is cut until we understand the man.
- 02 The Baste Fitting Your garment is assembled in thread and tried on half-made, so the shape is corrected on your body rather than a paper pattern.
- 03 The Finish Hand-set collar, pressed lapel roll, your monogram sewn where only you will find it — then altered free for as long as you own it.
Four things we refuse to rush.
Craftsmanship
Full canvas, hand-padded lapels, single-needle seams. The work you feel before you see.
Patience
Three fittings, never fewer. A garment worth keeping is not made in a hurry.
Discretion
Quiet cloth, quieter service. The compliment is on the wearer, not the label.
Permanence
Cut to last a decade, altered for life. We build wardrobes, not purchases.
A tailoring house that lives online.
There is no shop floor to visit. You design your garment online, measure yourself at home with our guided video, and a Khwaab designer is on call over video whenever you want a second opinion. The cloth is cut by our master tailors and delivered to your door, anywhere in India.
